It all started more than 3,000 years ago when the first Wood lit a log on fire.
It would be 2,000 before a Wood would bake fruit in what might resemble what now call “pie.”
This is what post would look like. This isn’t like a recipe, this would be more like, “Hey I figured out this new technique?” Or “Check out this family recipe” which could include the recipe or a link to the recipe.
But the “recipes” are different than “posts.” “Pages” are also different than posts. For instance a “page” would be Baking that talks about baking and maybe highlights some good baking recipes are lists all of the baking recipes. Pages are more static and likely contain posts, but posts are the core of what people are doing when they’re blogging. And in this instance there’s also recipes, which is unique to this website.
There’s also categories and taxonomy (tags).
How all of this will work will need to be defined before we put any effort to putting actual content in WordPress. If you do it wrong, it can be a pain to fix later. We can discuss that more together.
