Crab Bisque
I found this recipe in Mother's "Little Black Book" but we don't know where it came from.

canned lump crab meat
((2) 6 1/2 oz cans)

butter

tall can evaporated milk

coriander

Instructions

Sauté onion in butter until soft.

Add flour and curry powder and cook 5 min., add milk, salt, coriander and pepper.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, stir in crabmeat and evaporated milk. Heat until steaming hot, but do not boil.
