Mom Gable’s Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 chuck roast
  • 1-2 large bags mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1-2 onions (chopped)
  • 1 head of cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash garlic salt
Instructions
  1. Brown meat and onions; cover with water, add salt and pepper and cook until meat is tender. (About an hour.)
  2. Remove meat and add the cabbage, add vegetables and cook until the vegetables are done. Add a couple dashes Worcestershire and garlic salt.
