Mother’s Mulligan Stew

Ingredients
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp oleo (or oil)
  • 15 oz can tomatoes
  • 12 oz can pressed corned beef
Instructions
  1. Cut up one onion, cook in oleo (or oil) until soft.
  2. Add can of tomatoes and pressed corned beef, cook until thick.
  3. Serve on bread or rolls as sandwich filling.
