					I found this recipe in Mother’s “Little Black Book” but we don’t know where it came from.

				Instructions
- Sauté onion in butter until soft.
- Add flour and curry powder and cook 5 min., add milk, salt, coriander and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, stir in crabmeat and evaporated milk. Heat until steaming hot, but do not boil.
