  • Sauté onion in butter until soft.
  • Add flour and curry powder and cook 5 min., add milk, salt, coriander and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat, stir in crabmeat and evaporated milk. Heat until steaming hot, but do not boil.
